We began our journey initially investing in a small portfolio of rental properties. This grew with the need to maintain the portfolio which is now a company in it’s own right, offering full property management and maintenance services.
After working within the construction industry for many years, gaining valuable insight and experience, across both commercial and residential projects, we saw the demand for an honest and reliable buildings project service.
Philiain Building Services was formed to meet this demand and now is the main business out of the group of companies. We are well established, having the qualifications and expertise to offer a full building solution, whether it be as the main contractor or a project management cost consultant.
We are part of the CRL approved network, which means that high technical standards of construction and quality are being met. We also offer all new builds and conversions a 10 year structural guarantee with our CRL insurance, giving you total peace of mind. CRL is also backed by major high st lenders and 92% of mortgage applications are approved. Naturally we have both employers and public liability insurance and we ensure that our workers are trained to the relevant standards.
